Warranty Policy

Manufacturer/Distributor warrants all products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) year from the date of original purchase in the U.S.A. If a defect exists during the warranty period, the manufacturer/distributor, at its option, will either repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is responsible for maintaining proof of purchase date. Manufacturer/distributor shall have no obligation to repair or replace without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and until the customer returns the defective product to manufacturer/distributor. Customers who experience problems with their device should contact manufacturer’s/distributor’s technical support for assistance, shipping instructions, or to obtain an RMA number.

The Warranty will not apply to the product if it has been damaged by misuse, alteration, accident, improper handling or operation, improper maintenance, or if unauthorized repairs are attempted or made.
