What is your PainBuster® Lifestyle Coaching?
We are your biggest cheerleader! Our team or coaches are available to assist you with operating your devices, reviewing program guidelines, accessing and using the PainBuster® App, product questions and anything else on your wellness journey. This service is free to all our customers. Appointments must be scheduled for PainBuster® lifestyle coaching.
What is the PainBuster® APP?
The PainBuster® APP is a desktop or mobile APP that has step-by-step how to videos to use your devices, doctor developed diets, exercise programs, and lifestyle suggestions. You can communicate with our coaches through the APP too, have wellness at your fingertips, anytime.

How do I create an account for PainBuster®?
Simply go to the top navigation bar on the top of the website and click the RED rectangle that says “Sign-In”. On the next page, click “Create an Account”.

Is shipping FREE for all Groupon orders?

What shipping options do you have available?
All orders are shipped by USPS 1st Class or Priority with tracking. If you need an order shipped express, please contact us by phone Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to see if we can accommodate your special request for your order – additional shipping charges will apply.
When should I expect my shipment?
Typical delivery times after ordering are 2-7 business days depending on where you live in the USA, although check the USPS website for any delays in your area. Please check the tracking information you received by email or text message to track your orders delivery status.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We currently do not offer any international shipping. We only ship to all 50 states in United States of American (USA) and USA territories and APO/FPO/DPO military locations.
RETURNS
Are there returns on Groupon orders?
If you have an unused Groupon voucher and would like to return it, please contact Groupon for their current return policy. For Groupon orders that were shipped, we cannot offer refunds with the ONLY exception of the PainBuster Device (see our return policy for the full details).

What is the return policy for discounted or promotional products?

Is your website secure?
Yes. We take our customers security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.
You can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we share your information with third parties.

In the top navigation bar of the website, click the RED rectangle that says “Redeem Groupon” and then follow all the step by step directions.
How do I apply a discount code?
Simply enter the discount code in rectangle box that says “discount code” in the checkout section of the order process then click the “Apply” button.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
There are a couple of different reasons your discount code may not be working.
• Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be used at a time
• Are you trying to use the code on a one-time purchase or subscribe and save item? Subscriptions, promotions, & may not be eligible with codes.
• Are you trying to make your purchase on our site, Groupon or Amazon? Our codes are only valid on our store at PainBusterLaer.com
• Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion? All of the products added that need to be added? Is there a minimum purchase required? Is it only for a specific product?
